What sticker paper do you offer?

Currently we offer three types of sticker paper : matte sticker, glossy sticker and vinyl matte stickers. You can use any pen with our stickers but specifically for vinyl matte, its best to use sharpie

Where are we located?

We are located in Southeast Asia more specifically Indonesia therefore shipping may take longer 

Printing Quality

We use two printers at our shop, digital press printer and a large format printer that are specifically use in the digital printing industry

 What are your shipping fee?

Our shipping is $7 flat and if you want express shipping it is $15 flat

COVID SHIPPING

Normal shipping is back to certain countries and we do update the list of countries frequently. Currently, normal shipping ($7 flat ) only available for : United States, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, China, Malaysia, and Singapore.

Please do note that shipping take longer during COVID-19, it may take up to 8 weeks for you to receive the order. Please wait for that long before contacting us.

 

When will my orders shipped?

Current processing time is 5-7 days because all our stickers are made to order.   All our orders are shipped from Asia as it is where I currently live but we do ship worldwide

How long does it takes for me to get the orders?

Based on my experience, it does takes around 2-3 weeks for you to receive it and it may take longer for Canada customer

How do I track my order?

All our packages come with a tracking number. You can track it using the EMS website https://www.ems.post/ or if you're living in the US, you can track it using the USPS website.

Please understand, once the package has arrive to destination country we are no longer responsible for the package. You need to track and contact your local post office regarding the package

What happen if the package is lost?

For lost package, i'll only refund you 30% of the order amount minus the shipping fee. This does not eligible on sale above 35% off and other BOGO promotion

We do not do refund during this pandemic starting from March 2020 due to use using DHL service

What if i want to cancel my order?

If you want to cancel within 24 hours after placing the order, i'll only refund 70% of the amount minus shipping fee

What if there's some defect with my sticker?

Please check your stickers once you receive it. We only allow up to 14 days after you receive it in order to make some claim. We will not replaced any defect stickers that received longer than 14 days
