What sticker paper do you offer?

Currently we offer three types of sticker paper : matte sticker, glossy sticker and vinyl matte stickers. You can use any pen with our stickers but specifically for vinyl matte, its best to use sharpie

Where are we located?

We are located in Southeast Asia more specifically Indonesia therefore shipping may take longer 

Printing Quality

We use two printers at our shop, digital press printer and a large format printer that are specifically use in the digital printing industry

 How the sales work?

Our shop will only open for limited time each month with brand new kits everytime. Every month we will have brand new kits will limited quantity.

Shop will then close again to process the order and will be back next month with brand new kits

When will my orders shipped?

 

Processing time will be 1-2 weeks or it can be faster than that

How long does it takes for me to get the orders?

Based on my experience, it does takes around 3-5 weeks for you to receive it and it may take longer for Canada customer

How do I track my order?

All our packages come with a tracking number. You can track it using the EMS website https://www.ems.post/ or if you're living in the US, you can track it using the USPS website.

Please understand, once the package has arrive to destination country we are no longer responsible for the package. You need to track and contact your local post office regarding the package

What happen if the package is lost?

- 10 % refund from the amount minus shipping fee for orders using discount above 35% and any BOGO event

- 25% refund from the amount minus shipping fee for orders using discount below 35%

This only applicable if you choose shipping with insurance. For shipping without insurance, there is no refund. 

What if i want to cancel my order?

If you want to cancel within 24 hours after placing the order, i'll only refund 60% of the amount minus shipping fee

What if there's some defect with my sticker?

Please check your stickers once you receive it. We only allow up to 14 days after you receive it in order to make some claim. We will not replaced any defect stickers that received longer than 14 days
